Red Zone: Relationship Recovery (90+ Days)

High-value, personalized 're-induction' efforts. This might involve setting up a meeting with a senior leader, offering a bespoke solution to a critical problem they're facing, or referencing past successful collaborations to rebuild trust. Understand if personnel changes occurred and adapt your approach to new contacts. Be prepared to re-educate them on your product's value from the ground up, linking it to their agency's overarching goals.

Reconnection Template (Red)
