Red Zone: Relationship Recovery (90+ Days)
This zone includes contacts from older projects, acquaintances from conferences, or individuals with whom interaction has been minimal for an extended period. Strategy: Strategic re-engagement based on specific triggers. Use targeted content sharing, 'long time no see' check-ins, or reach out when a new product launch or industry development becomes highly relevant to their past interests or roles.
