For dormant connections (6+ months of no interaction), acknowledge the gap. Focus on value-add: share a relevant open-source project or an insightful article about e-commerce architecture. Ask an open-ended question about their career trajectory or current challenges, offering your perspective on similar hurdles.

High-Value Reciprocity Angle

Offer insights into improving deployment pipelines, tackling high-transaction volumes, or implementing personalized user experiences.
